GASTRO BAR

A gastrobar is defined by serving gastronomic comfort food, and we got just what you need. Indulge in our menu of small plates filled with rich and colourful flavours. We chose a large bar environment with comfortable seats perfect for implementing Latin American harmony between food & drink. Carefully selected ingredients, complex cocktails and a relaxed ambiance. Warmth and passion are synonymous with Latin America, and it is our sole mission to bring these core values into our “Buteco”.

DINING ROOM

Our dining room is fitted with luxurious velvety sofa and chairs. Our menu is all about “pick as you go”, and our staff ready to engage. Seat yourself at our comfortable leather tables and gaze around to find all the art and design we poured into it and let the evening take you away. Our pursuit of dazzling the tastebuds dish after dish has always been our core objective, and our dishes shine better in our warm “Buteco”. Collaborations between artists and hard-working carpenters have resulted into our new home. We are ready to welcome you in it.

KITCHEN

Our goal for “BUTECO” is to create a gastronomic experience inspired by Latin American cuisine. In charge is our Brazilian powerhouse 

Jean Henkel to guarantee elements of authenticity and surprising combinations. We envisioned a restaurant that made it easy to pick dishes that relate to personal preferences in an eclectic menu. Our kitchen is filled with ambitious chefs ready to take you on a journey of the dishes they love. 

Relax, sit back, have drink and enjoy the ride.

We have a strong pull towards Latin American cuisine due to its versatility and culture. We created an environment that heightens the senses with impulses from our colourful food, creative cocktails and stunning wines carefully curated by Michael John & Jean Henkel.
